Gremolata Flavored Olive Oil Chicken Patties


2 tablespoons from Olives & Grapes Milanese Gremolata or Garlic flavored olive oil

1 lb ground chicken

2 teaspoons paprika

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon from Olives & Grapes Oregano White balsamic vinegar

2 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 teaspoon cayenne pepper


  1. Place the ground chicken in a bowl
  2. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs, and spices and combine thoroughly
  3. Using wet hands, take a handful of the chicken mixture, form a ball, then flatten it. Cook the patties on the grill or in a heavy-based skillet or griddle. They will need about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve with your favorite salad. We served ours with steamed vegetables.
