Mandarin Salad with Mani Orange Fused Olive Oil


2 tablespoons from Olives & Grapes Mani Orange Fused Olive Oil

3 tablespoons from Olives & Grapes Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Balsamic Vinegar

1 package Organic Spring Mix lettuce  Or lettuce blend of your choice

1 small tomato, diced

1 English cucumber, diced

1 or 2 ripe avocados

1 or 2 fresh mandarin oranges, peeled

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup of your choice nuts

A few pinches of sea salt

A few pinches of crushed pepper


Whisk together the Olive Oil and Balsamic for the vinaigrette, taste, and adjust salt and pepper as needed.

In a large bowl, toss lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, nuts, mandarin oranges, and cranberries.

Serve the vinaigrette on the side or drizzle on top of the salad.
