Fall Chicken Sausage and Veggies Dish

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:1 package of chicken sasuage, cut into pieces

    1 bundle of brussel sprouts chopped

    3 yellow small sweet peppers

    1/2 cup of diced sun dried tomatoes

    1/4 cup of any From Olives and grapes 100% pure extra virgin olive oil

    1/4 cup of from Olives and grapes 18 year balsamic

    2 wheat Pita Bread, sliced into quarters

    3 tablespoon of from Olives & Grapes All-natural Butter flavored olive oil

    4 tables of Zaatar Spice available at our Historic Cocoa Village and Downtown Melbourne stores.

    Directions:

    Chicken and Veggies

    warm skillet with 1/4 cup of from Olives & Grapes 100% pure extra virgin olive oil and sauté the chicken sasauge until done.

    Add the chopped brussel sprouts, sun dried tomato and the sweet peppers. Cover and cook

    until tender. Add the balsamic vinegar and cook for 5 more minutes.

    Pita Bread

    place sliced pita on a cookie sheet, drizzle from Olives & Grapes All-natural butter flavored oilve oil and Zaatar spice evenly over each slice.

    Broil until crisp.
