Valentine’s Day Cocktail and a new Super Robust olive oil


  • 1 cup From Olives & Grapes Strawberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ginger ale, chilled
  • 1/4 Brandy, chilled
  • 1 750ml bottle Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled

Combine vinegar, ginger ale, and Brandy in a pitcher. Then slowly add Champagne/sparking wine and stir then pour into glasses.
