For our slaw, we add this blend and Persian lime EVOO to 1/2 – 3/4 cup plain yogurt and whip. Then add the yogurt mixture to a bag of cole-slaw mix. For added flavor, we toast up some coconut and grill some fresh pineapple. We recommend seasoning with a little cinnamon, nutmeg and a dash of fennel!
