This is our specially developed coleslaw vinegar recipe, which is 50/50 Pineapple/Coconut white balsamic vinegars . Use with our Persian Lime EVOO. We suggest using a “bullet blender” (immersion blender), mixing 50/50 with Persian Lime EVOO until creamy. Whip in 1/2 – 3/4 cup plain yogurt. Then add to a bag of cole slaw mix. For added flavor, toast up some coconut and grill some fresh pineapple and add to the cole slaw. Try seasoning with a little cinnamon and nutmeg and a dash of fennel.
Each bottle comes with a built-in pourer.
