Oven Roasted Vegetables with Porcini Oil
  • 1cup C. Cut Broccoli
  • 1cup C. Cut Cauliflower
  • 1cup C. Chopped Onion
  • 1cup C. Chopped Zucchini
  • 1cup C. Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1cup C. Julienne Red Pepper
  • 1cup C. Green Beans
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Put vegetables in a bowl and drizzle with plenty of Porcini-infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  2. Try adding a little Garlic-flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil if you like.
  3. Pour oil tossed vegetables onto baking sheet and roast at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
