Cinnamon-Pear Vinaigrette
  • 1/3cup Cinnamon-Pear Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2/3cups 100% pure Extra-Virgin Olive Oil.
  • 1tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • pinch Aof salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a bowl, whisk the vinegar, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard completely.
  2. Slowly add the extra virgin olive oil, whisking constantly until completely incorporated.
  3. Refrigerate, if not used immediately, for up to 5 days
