Chiquitita is an olive cultivar obtained in a crossbreeding (Picual and Arbequina) program in Córdoba, Spain carried out in 1991. This oil is very mild and smooth in flavor with medium fruitiness. Since it is milder than most oils, many people new to tasting and cooking with extra virgin olive oils prefer it.
