Coratina takes its name from the town of Corato, near Bari, in Italy. This oil is very fruity, some people say they detect suggestions of apples and leafiness, it also seems to be bitter and peppery in equal amounts. Coratina oil is also high in phenols, which gives it a longer shelf-life.
This olive oil was grown and pressed in Australia.
