This oil is produced by small batch artisans in Italy by by infusing premium Black Truffles in their Extra Virgin Olive Oil. As a lower-cost alternative to White Truffle, can also be used for flavoring pastas, rice, risotto and potato dishes. Also great for meats, fowl and vegetables.
